The Coldwell Banker Bain Property Management team is comprised of full-time, experienced Property Managers, licensed by the Washington State Department of Licensing. Our experienced accounting team is second to none!
- Dorothy Ennes is the Managing Director of the Property Management Division. She has 41+ years of experience as a Residential Property Manager.
- Michael Waggoner is the Branch Manager with overall responsibility for branch office operation, oversight and management. He has over 45 years of real estate brokerage ownership and management experience.
- Kathy Ueki is a Property Manager with 30 years of experience in residential property management.
- Kimberly Coley is a Property Manager with 19 years of experience, specializing in Pierce & Thurston County rentals.
